Funded teams that need a block for a defined run and can commit a deposit. We qualify each buyer against what the operator's lender needs to see before either side spends time.
Placement
We bring the two together, run the negotiation on the operator's MSA, and stay through signing. Our fee is paid from the transaction, not by the buyer up front.
